1.   Consider what type of programme it is:

Is it:

• A news or current affairs programme dealing with the election (e.g. Leaders Debates, interviews about policy, political commentary) – go to 2

• An election advertisement for a political party, or an Opening or Closing Address – go to 3

2. If it is a news or current affairs programme:

• Make a complaint under the normal Codes (Radio, Free-to-Air TV code or Pay TV code) using the General Complaint form

3.   If it is an election programme:

•  Make a complaint under the Election Programmes Code using the Election Complaint form
