Authority Releases Three Decisions Today
The Authority released decisions on three complaints today. The Authority upheld one of the complaints finding than an item on Seven Sharp regarding a customer who had a disagreement with a bank was inaccurate and misleading See our press release here. The Authority did not uphold the other two complaints (which related to radio broadcasts). A number of different standards were raised in the three complaints including good taste and decency, accuracy, balance, fairness, and law and order.
