BSA Releases 7 Decisions
The BSA has not upheld a complaint that a Newshub Live item on Tāme Iti correcting the spelling of his name on an artwork breached broadcasting standards. It found the host’s subsequent comment, ‘fair enough’, was made off-the-cuff and was unlikely to encourage illegal or antisocial behaviour (alleged vandalism).
