Election Programmes Code of Broadcasting Practice Review Consultation

We have now published the revised Election Programmes Code of Broadcasting Practice (Election Programmes Code). This contains changes to update any references to our old (general) Codebook (with the three separate Codes) to better reflect the new single Code which came into effect in July 2022. The Election Programmes Code is otherwise entirely unchanged from the version we published, following a full review, ahead of the 2020 election. The new Code is available below and takes effect from 1 July 2023.
