BSA releases new decision

The Authority has released a new decision today, upholding a complaint by Horowhenua District Council about a segment on The Long Lunch with Wendyl Nissen on RadioLIVE.

The programme featured an interview with Horowhenua District Councillor Ross Campbell, who talked about his decision to wear a body camera to Council meetings after what was described as incidents of bullying towards him. The Authority found the interview unbalanced, misleading and unfair and ordered MediaWorks to air a broadcast statement to remedy the potential harm.
