BSA releases three new decisions today
The Authority released decisions on three complaints today, with none of the complaints upheld. One of the complaints concerned a promo featuring a brief clip from Family Guy, with a cartoon character opening his legs to show pixelated genitals. The Authority did not uphold the complaint, pointing to contextual factors such as the time of broadcast at 9.22pm during Adults Only programming and the brevity of the clip, which featured implied and pixelated cartoon nudity.
