[2] Michael Hooker complained to TV3 Network Services Ltd, the broadcaster, about the use of the word "slutty" in a promo which was broadcast during PGR time. Summary [1] The Big OE was a series broadcast on TV3 on Thursday nights at 8. 00pm which followed a group of young New Zealanders on a 21-day tour around Europe. [2] Trevor Dixon complained to TV3 Network Services Ltd, the broadcaster, that the episode broadcast on 29 November 2001 breached standards of good taste and decency. In particular, he objected to a reference to "drinking and shagging" made by one of the participants. Summary A hidden camera was used on a Target programme broadcast on TV3 on 9 July 2000 to assess whether a car’s wheel alignment had been properly carried out. The footage broadcast included pictures of the outside of the business premises, and members of the staff dealing with the customer. Chris Clarke, the proprietor of Action Auto Services, complained to the Broadcasting Standards Authority about the broadcast, arguing that the filming had been carried out unlawfully on his premises.
