BSA Releases 9 Decisions
The BSA has declined to uphold a complaint about a news item demonstrating sustainable period products, which included the use of red-tinted liquid. Recognising ‘the value of open and frank communication around periods’, the Authority found the 1 News item was of public interest and did not breach broadcasting standards.
