New Codes of broadcasting standards for radio, free-to-air television and pay television take effect today, 1 April 2016.
Today we released 12 new decisions, four of which were upheld.
We released 10 new decisions today, none of which were upheld by the Authority. The standards most commonly complained about were good taste and decency, controversial issues and accuracy.
