Five new decisions released today
Today we released decisions on five complaints, none of which were upheld.
Four of the complaints related to television programmes, and one complaint related to a radio programme.
Two of the complaints alleged that broadcasts had breached the law and order standard. The Authority found in both cases that this standard was not breached, as neither programme promoted or condoned illegal activity. Viewers would not have interpreted either programme as seriously encouraging or instructing them to engage in criminal behaviour.
