Thirteen decisions were released today. BSA declined to uphold complaints about the Fair Go medal dealer story but upheld the complaint about the Kenyan Mall shooting.

In two programme on 23 and 30 May 2012, Fair Go investigated complaints by four people against Mr Gough, who restored and mounted original war medals, and sold replicas.The allegations against Mr Gough included that he failed to deliver medals that had been paid for, and had replaced genuine medals with fakes.
The BSA agreed that insufficient warning was given to viewers before footage of a man being shot at point blank range was shown on 3 News.
